Dmitry Howard, known by his stage name Dmtree, is a rising force in the electronic music scene, renowned for his dynamic and bass-heavy productions. His musical journey began at the age of eight, picking up the guitar and delving into the world of metal by thirteen, influenced by bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Black Dahlia Murder, Parkway Drive, and System of a Down. In 2014, he discovered trap music and began DJing at college basement parties, laying the foundation for his future in electronic music.

It wasn't until the pandemic in 2020 that Dmitry seriously began honing his production skills. Inspired by Eliminate’s YouTube channel and feedback streams, he dove into Ableton, quickly developing a unique sound that blends the intensity of his metal roots with the pulsating rhythms of trap and bass music. His influences include Peekaboo, Of The Trees, Liquid Stranger, and RL Grime, which shine through in his innovative and immersive tracks.

Dmtree's dedication and talent have not gone unnoticed. He has received support from prominent figures in the bass music community, with tracks featured in TVBOO's "Stuff Me vol. III" and "Stuff Me vol. V," Sully's "Decoded Vol. 3," Blurrd Vzn's "Blurry Tapes 6" and "Blurry Tapes 9," and Xotix's Bass Ribbon Pines 2022 set. Additionally, KTRL showcased his music in the HypnoVizion Mix, further cementing his reputation as a producer to watch.

In the live arena, Dmitry has opened for heavyweight acts such as Liquid Stranger, Eazybaked, Josh Teed, Minnesota, Space Wizard, Sully, Super Future, Toadface, TVBOO & Yheti. His performances are known for their high energy and immersive experience, leaving audiences craving more.
